    Girls, what kind of exercises do you like? How often do you exercise / do sport?


    I like all kind of aerobics, zumba classes. I might not look the best while exercising, but I have a lot of fun ๐Ÿ˜€
    However signing up for classes and being regular is a problem for me when I travel a lot. So I rather do some stuff at home and stretch from time to time. I ride a bike too, when the weather is good. And that’s it. I’m not a sports freak yet ๐Ÿ˜€


    My big question is: how do you stay motivated?
    What is your main motivation or what kind of tips do you have that could help someone fight those lazy moments and move a butt to do the workout? ๐Ÿ˜


    I like exercise a lot , my gym routime in my perfect world would be 5/6 days a week ,of course it depends on time and schedule

    I used to do zumba,running but due to my knee issue I had to slow down, but prefer trx ,gym ,weights. stretching is good too,I tried with yoga but I found it a bit slow as for me, but I dont give up I will do again because Iย  know its some kind of great relaxation good for your minds/spirit and body


    The best motivation is your own mirror;-) and compliments from friends you are around with
